By creating an account, accessing, or using Xeyria ("the Platform," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity.

To access certain features of Xeyria, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the updates of this data.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your account and for all actions taken under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Xeyria will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

Certain services within Xeyria are offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan you select.

Paid plans automatically renew under the same terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway (Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, including taxes.

You may cancel your Xeyria subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will transition to the Free tier.

Refunds are subject to the guidelines documented in our Refund Policy. To request a refund or raise a billing dispute, contact our support team.

As between you and Xeyria:

• Platform Ownership: Xeyria and its original content, logos, source code, designs, and AI context aggregation algorithms are and will remain the exclusive property of Xeyria.
• User Workspace Data: You retain all intellectual property rights in the requirements documents, notes, configuration files, and metadata you choice-fully upload to the Platform. You grant Xeyria a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process this data solely to provide the services.

Xeyria processes workspace context to generate forecasts, risk assessments, and code recommendations.

• Ownership: You own all inputs (prompts) you submit and all outputs (generated code, forecasts) generated by Xeyria.
• Review Responsibility: Because AI outputs are generated probabilistically, Xeyria does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or reliability of generated suggestions. You are fully responsible for auditing, testing, and verifying any generated code or suggestions before deploying them in production environments.

You agree to use Xeyria in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Engage in scraping, data extraction, or crawling of the Platform.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass security controls, RLS constraints, or user authentication.
• Use the platform to develop, train, or optimize competing AI context indexing models.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or materials that violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

If your plan permits API access:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access our endpoints to integrate your development tools. You must adhere to rate limits and API policies. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API keys that generate excessive load or demonstrate signs of abuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeyria, its directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or inability to access the Platform.
• Any behavior or content of third parties on the Platform.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated context outputs.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or database records.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Xeyria immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in activities that threaten platform integrity, or fail to pay subscription balances. You can terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion via the Support channel.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material updates by posting the revised terms on this page and updating the date. Your continued use of Xeyria after adjustments go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
