Refund Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026. This Refund Policy describes the refund terms and process for all purchases, subscription renewals, and billing activities.

1. Trial Period

We want you to evaluate Xeyria thoroughly before committing financially. Paid tiers (Starter and Pro) include a 7-day free trial for new users.

During the free trial, you can test all platform features including advanced project memory graphs and automated risk scans. If you cancel your subscription before the 7-day trial period expires, your credit card will not be charged.

2. Monthly Plans

Subscriptions to our monthly plans are charged every 30 days. To request a refund on a monthly subscription charge:

  • The request must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase or renewal transaction.
  • Refunds will be reviewed based on workspace query usage and API activity logs. If you have run extensive context synchronizations or used substantial AI reasoning limits during this window, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

3. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate billed once every 12 months.

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial annual sign-up or annual renewal transaction.
  • If the request is made after 7 days but within 30 days, we may offer a prorated refund (deducting the standard monthly rate for the active period). After 30 days, annual fees are fully non-refundable.

4. Non-refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Users requesting refunds after the designated monthly (48-hour) or annual (7-day) refund windows have closed.
  • Enterprise agreements or custom volume workspace deployments, which are subject to independent contract terms.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you suspect you have been double-billed or charged in error due to a network delay or system glitch:

Please notify us immediately. Upon verification of the duplicate transaction in our checkout system, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. The refund will process within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Payment Failures & Grace Period

If a recurring billing charge fails:

Our payment system (Razorpay) will retry the transaction up to 3 times over a 7-day grace period. During this grace period, your workspace remains fully accessible. If payment is not secured after the grace period, premium workspace features are deactivated and the account transitions to the Free tier.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Billing Settings page. Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for previous cycles. Your workspace maintains premium access until the end of the current billing cycle.
