2.4 AI Processing Data

When you execute prompts or query Xeyria's AI reasoning engine, your inputs, active file mappings, and architectural rules are processed. This data is isolated per tenant. **We do not use customer inputs, prompts, or workspace outputs to train public models.**

2.5 Uploaded Files

Any documents, text logs, or assets uploaded to the workspace are encrypted in transit and at rest. These files are processed solely to enrich your workspace's context database.

2.6 Usage Analytics

We automatically collect telemetry concerning your interaction with the platform, such as feature usage frequency, platform speed indicators, and diagnostic logs. This helps us optimize performance.

• All workspace files, database indices, and project context entries are permanently purged from active production servers within 30 days.
• Billing history logs are retained longer as mandated by local tax regulations.

We protect your data using industry-standard engineering practices. All network communication is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and databases use AES-256 encryption at rest. In addition, we enforce strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies within our database to ensure that data remains entirely isolated per user and organization workspace.

Our platform is designed for professional software builders and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal details from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has registered, we will delete their data immediately.
